Camera
Let us start with the selling point of Apple, the camera. Both iPhone models have three cameras. One is a selfie camera, while the other two are located on the back. Now both models have the same back cameras. Each model has 12-megapixel Main and Ultra-Wide cameras with 2x optical zooms and 5x digital zooms.

Additionally, iOS keeps the same 60Hz refresh rate, and the graphical interface has a smooth touch sampling rate and 60Hz feeling, but it isn’t the best. This is particularly pertinent when considering that the industry is selling 120Hz phones for much less than 60Hz.
The new iPhone 14 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen, just like the Pro Max iPhone but with a slower refresh rate.
Performance
In the iPhone 13, the A15 Bionic chip had a 4-core GPU, which made it faster than its ancestor, the iPhone 12. On the other hand, the iPhone 14 comes with the same A15 Bionic chip, but adds another core, making it slightly better. Compared to the 13, it has a 5-core GPU that provides a graphics bump up of more than 20%.
The iPhone 14’s CPU performance is identical to the iPhone 13. Gaming enthusiasts will appreciate the iPhone 14’s new 5-core GPU. After 20 minutes of throttling, GPU performance improves by nearly 24%, and you get nearly 28% of this improvement in 3D Mark.
The iPhone 14 also features a brand new modem, the Qualcomm X65 modem, which promises significant 5G speed improvements.
Price
The great news is that the price of the iPhone 13 has dropped sharply since the announcement of the 14 model. When the iPhone 13 was first released, it was priced at $799, but with the release of the iPhone 14, the price has been reduced to $699.

Battery Life
The iPhone 13 series improved battery life dramatically last year, but with the iPhone 14, the battery life remains mostly the same.
During the event, Apple touted an increase in use time, which corresponds to an increase in battery capacity, a small but welcome upgrade from 3,240mAh to 3,279mAh.
Comparing the two phones, Apple claims it can play local video or streaming video for an hour longer, or play audio for five hours longer.
The 14 Plus has a larger battery, of course, which can last up to 25% longer than the iPhone 13. Both models are compatible with 15W MagSafe charging.
Other Features
In iPhone 14, Apple offers an emergency satellite SOS connection, which you will get free for two years when you purchase an iPhone 14. This allows you to send emergency messages even if you don’t have cell service.
Another feature that your device detects if you are in a car crash is called Crash Detection. It will help you notify your emergency contacts and the emergency services. The sensor will automatically notify you to call emergency services if it detects a crash.
If you do not respond or are unable to respond, your iPhone will inform them you are in a serious crash and give them an approximate search radius along with your latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates.
